On-Site Auctions
DAVLAN has conducted many successful on-site auctions and some of Queensland’s largest on-site disposal auctions.
Geographically, we have Queensland covered between our Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns offices.
DAVLAN has an on-site invoicing and receipting auction system second to none in the industry, capable of handling over one thousand lots per day. All staff are experienced with on-site auction procedure, ensuring the client has maximum safeguards in the areas of security and liability against personal injury.
On-Site Auctions require the following considerations:
Feasibility:
Whether it is economically and logistically viable to conduct an auction on that site or should assets be removed to a more secure site.
Marketing:
The client is provided with a written marketing plan that compliments the value of the assets being sold. The plan outlines a mode of advertising eg. TV, Radio, Print, Length of Campaign, Location and Circulation Area of Ads, Detailed Costing of Campaign including Commissions, Expenses, etc.
Security & Staffing:
An assessment of whether the location provides adequate security of assets and what level of staff DAVLAN will provide on-site. Plain clothed security officers are offered to monitor collection and banking of monies.
